By accessing or using Lyramis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lyramis is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered content and SEO tools for digital marketing agencies. The Service includes tools for generating content briefs, monthly reports, strategy documents, proposals, and rank monitoring.

3. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Billing, Tokens, and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. The Service uses a token-based usage system — each tool consumes a fixed number of tokens per use. Token allocations and pricing are described on our pricing page.

Unused tokens do not roll over between billing cycles. Tokens consumed by successful generations are non-refundable. Failed generations are automatically refunded. For full details on refunds, cancellations, and plan changes, see our refund policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. Lyramis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service using your data belongs to you. You retain all rights to your input data and generated outputs. Lyramis retains rights to the underlying platform, tools, algorithms, and technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyramis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
