1. Subscription Refunds
Lyramis is a subscription-based SaaS product billed monthly. All subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to all features until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for early cancellation.
- First 14 days: If you are unsatisfied with Lyramis within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@lyramis.com for a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
- Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
2. Token Usage
Lyramis uses a token-based usage system. Tokens are consumed when you generate deliverables such as content briefs, reports, and strategy documents.
- Consumed tokens are non-refundable. Once a tool successfully generates its output, the tokens for that generation are considered used.
- Failed generations: If a generation fails due to a system error and no output is produced, tokens are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.
- Token reset: Unused tokens do not roll over between billing cycles. Your token balance resets at the start of each billing period.
3. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period, and your token balance is adjusted accordingly.
- Downgrades:When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan's features and token balance until then.
