3. AI Processing

The Service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate content. When you use our tools, relevant data (such as client context, keywords, and brand voice profiles) is sent to these providers for processing. These providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not use your data to train AI models.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Generated content (reports, briefs, strategy documents) is stored as part of your job history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
